3.2.2 PlansFoundation, duct or space assignment plans are to be forwarded to Customer within 3 weeks, at the latest, of the order being received. Assembling and sectional drawings of, and also bills of materials for the machine / item of equipment are part of the scope of supply; this also applies, if applicable, to tool plans.3.3 Quality process assuranceParts during the production process must not be struck, scratched or otherwise damaged.Part during placing in the tooling and during machine operation can not be damaged. The working surfaces must be free of all coatings that could be damaged during assembly. Do not paint tool areas close to the product. Use non-corrosive materials such as stainless steel or surface protection such as black oxide.Fastening elements is not permitted on sealing surfaces.Parts qualified by the process as defective may not be issued by the machine after the end of the cycle. The operator must confirm the defective part and release the tooling. After taking over the faulty part, the machine must start a new work cycle. The next job can not start working on a given part until the previous process on the given part is classified as valid.Supplier will provide all necessary means for calibration and maintenance of equipment and their intervals.Supplier will provide all certifications related to measurement equipment.3.4 Test modesThe machine need to have a test mode, which oblige the operator to use OK and NOK test parts for simulations of failures and to check the correct behavior of the machine. The machine has to change in the test mode automatically after:• Switching on the machine• After a certain amount of cycles (Frequency to be defined in a protected area of the HMI, with no access for the operator)• After a production break of a certain time (Time to be defined in a protected area of the HMI, with no access for the operator)• After a certain amount of NOK parts in a row (Amount to be defined in a protected areas of the HMI, with no access for the operator)• Manual request on the HMI.The PLC will release the machine only if all test were performed plausible. Means a NOK parts has to give a NOK result and an OK part an OK result. The exact performance and test parts need to be defined during the pre-acceptance.
