With the development of social economy, buildings have changed dramatically, more and more super high-rise buildings are emerging. In this paper, based on the project A02 of Wuhan International Financial City, the key points of cost control of super high-rise residential buildings, such as structural selection, seismic structural measures and wind load values, are comprehensively described and analyzed. It has some reference and significance for the cost control of super high-rise civil engineering.<br>
