Secondly, analyze these problems and find out the root causes of these problems. Finally, this paper carries on the inventory management together with the main suppliers. At the same time, through abc-xyz classification, the company's inventory management is subdivided, so that the inventory management is focused on key product materials, and the safety stock is properly established; suppliers can adopt advanced inventory management methods, and achieve the goal of reducing inventory through the cooperation of VMI suppliers.
