在下列情况下，买方可以取消全部或部分采购订单：（1）取消项目；或（2）先前订单引起的质量或合格问题。<br>在这些情况下，买方应立即以书面形式通知供应商，而卖方应立即停止执行（生产/交付）有关材料。所述取消应在收到以挂号信寄给供应商的书面通知之日起生效，并带有收receipt确认。但是，在供应商提供支持证据后，买方应支付由供应商已经装运的合格材料以及由供应商已经生产的合格材料的费用。买方应自行决定接受此类证据。

The Buyer may cancel all or part of the Purchase Order in the following events: (1) cancellation of a project; or (2) quality or conformity issue arising from previous order.<br>In these events, the Buyer shall immediately inform the Supplier in writing and the Supplier shall forthwith stop the execution (production/delivery) of the concerned Materials. Said cancellation should immediately take effect on the date of receipt of written notice sent by registered mail to the Supplier, with acknowledgment of receipt. The Buyer shall, however, pay for the conforming Materials already shipped by the Supplier as well as the conforming Material already produced by the Supplier, upon provision of supporting evidence by the Supplier. Such evidence shall be accepted by the Buyer at its sole discretion.
