The Buyer may cancel all or part of the Purchase Order in the following events: (1) cancellation of a project; or (2) quality or conformity issue arising from previous order.In these events, the Buyer shall immediately inform the Supplier in writing and the Supplier shall forthwith stop the execution (production/delivery) of the concerned Materials. Said cancellation should immediately take effect on the date of receipt of written notice sent by registered mail to the Supplier, with acknowledgment of receipt. The Buyer shall, however, pay for the conforming Materials already shipped by the Supplier as well as the conforming Material already produced by the Supplier, upon provision of supporting evidence by the Supplier. Such evidence shall be accepted by the Buyer at its sole discretion.
