Design of Oven Temperature Control System Based on Single Chip MicrocomputerAbstract: Temperature is a factor closely related to human life. It is widely used in various industries, and temperature control has become a hot topic that people pay attention to. For example, in the process of industrial production, too high or too low temperature is not conducive to people's control of product quality. To solve such problems, this paper mainly studies the infrared temperature control system with 51 single-chip microcomputer as its core, which is a new type of temperature management system based on STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer. A temperature controller chip 18B20 is used to measure and collect the temperature, and it is directly transmitted to the single chip microcomputer in the form of a digital signal, and then the obtained temperature value is dynamically displayed on the display. Its function is to continuously measure the temperature value of the measured object, and display it dynamically through the display. It can also set the measuring range of the temperature through the keys on the keyboard of the module. When the temperature of the measured object exceeds the measuring range, the buzzer gives an alarm, so as to accurately adjust and control the temperature.
