The upstream social capital recognition, the relationship dimension indirectly affects the enterprise dual innovation, the downstream social capital cognition, the structure dimension indirectly affects the enterprise industry dual innovation. It is concluded from the hypothesis that the structural dimension of the upstream social capital of the enterprise will have a direct impact on the utilization innovation and exploratory innovation. The structural dimension of social capital is an informal interaction between organizations. Relying on such interaction to generate the interaction and transfer of resources and information, it ensures the high quality raw materials needed for the production of finished products and improves the utilization efficiency of resources, and promotes the utilization and innovation of enterprises for the use of resources. By examining their own resources, optimizing the product structure according to the raw material market information, even if the new product improvement is updated, the technological breakthrough is carried out, and then the exploratory innovation of the enterprise is promoted, so that the new product can obtain a higher market evaluation.
