Stimulating students' interest in learning English is an important task in primary school English teaching, and reasonable game design is helpful to cultivate primary school students' interest in English. This paper discusses the background and practical significance of game teaching, reviews the practical experience of game teaching at home and abroad, analyzes the feasibility of primary school English game teaching, explains the significance of primary school English game teaching, and puts forward the basic principles of primary school English game teaching combined with teaching practice. Of course, in the real education and teaching, we will encounter all kinds of difficulties. How to implement the game teaching more comprehensively and deeply is a great difficulty for all primary school English teachers.
