通过本次的翻译实践工作，译者收获颇丰。首先，译者的翻译和阅读能力有所提高。由于所选的目标材料是英文版本的，译者需要运用英语阅读技巧来通读全文，这在一定程度上训练了译者的阅读能力。具备丰富的词汇量和一定的语法水平对于翻译来说是比较基础的要求。如果看不懂词语的意思以及没有掌握一定的语法规则，就可能不能处理好句子的基本意思、语序等等。笔者目前所具备丰富的词汇量和语法知识还是远远不够的。笔者还要根据写作背景、上下文、原文风格，来斟酌译文的用词。
