Disappearing from sight along with the building volume is the whole par-adigm of modern architecture revolving around aspirations towards light, air and openness. For visitors walking towards the museum along the dune, the structure is almost invisible until a dark cave suddenly emerges into bright sunlight. Although the whitewashed concrete walls ex-tending on both sides convey a certain hospital-ity, the unfathomable darkness overflowing from the cave centre transmits an enticing danger that promises an adventurous experience.
