The aim of current research is determining the status of job burnout and the relations of elements like emotional Exhaustion, Depersonalization and lack of success with the performance of the personals in the bank. Thus Hypotheses and theoretical framework are in the followings: Hypothesis 1: There is relation between Emotional Exhaustion and employee‟s performance Hypothesis 2: There is relation between Depersonalization and employee‟s performance Hypothesis 3: There is relation between decrease in personal accomplishment feeling and employee‟s performance
