The 300 ton converter of Jingtang C

The 300 ton converter of Jingtang Company of Shougang is the most critical equipment in steelmaking production. Regular inspection and maintenance of key equipment is the key work of steelmaking department every year. The 300 ton converter has a long overhaul period and a heavy overhaul task. In the process of overhaul of the converter, the overall production line is relatively fragile. This paper focuses on how to organize and arrange the maintenance project of converter reasonably so as to complete the annual repair work of 300 tons converter quickly.
