The BaTiO3 powder with a thickness of 100 nm was hydrothermally activated with 0.1 mol/L acetic acid at 100 °C for 1 h. Then, BaTiO3 powder was cold sintered for 1 h under the conditions of 350MPa and 400℃ with Ba(OH)2·8H2O as flux. Finally, the cold sintered sample was annealed at 600 °C for 0.5 h, and a sample with a relative density of 96.62% and a grain size of 180 nm was obtained. Its normal temperature dielectric (εr) is 2836, and the dielectric loss (tanθ) is as low as 0.03.
