Chapter 1 CNC machining process stepsThe main processing content of CNC machining is: analysis drawings, determination of processing technology, numerical calculation, preparation of program tables, production of control media and inspection procedures.(1) Part drawing analysis refers to the analysis of the contour of the part, as well as the requirements for dimensional accuracy, shape accuracy, surface roughness, technical requirements, part materials, heat treatment, etc.(2) Determine the machining process, select the machining scheme, determine the machining route, select the positioning clamping method, select the tool, select various cutting parameters, select the tool point and the tool change point.(3) The programming origin should be selected for numerical calculation, and the correct numerical calculation should be performed on each basis point of the part drawing to prepare the program table.(4) Write the program table, according to the instructions and program format specified by the CNC machine tool to write the processing program table.(5) The simple numerical control program of the control medium is directly manually entered into the machine numerical control system. When the program is entered automatically, the control medium must be made.(6) The validator should only be used after proper verification. Typically, machine tools are validated by running without load. Machines with graphic display cards can be verified directly on the CRT display.
