摘要：头孢韦辛是一种新型的动物专用第三代头孢菌素类广谱抗菌药。它具有广谱抗菌谱，对大肠杆菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌、变形杆菌、克雷伯菌属( 包括肺炎克雷伯菌) 、β溶血性链球菌、厌氧菌、葡萄球菌等具有良好的抗菌活性。头孢维星在兽医临床上主要用于治疗犬和猫的皮肤、软组织及尿道感染，本论文将对头孢维星的作用机制、药动学及生物利用度、药效学及临床应用方面进行综述，以期为头孢维星在兽医临床应用提供参考。

Abstract: cefuroxime is a new type of third-generation cephalosporin broad-spectrum antibiotics for animals. It has a broad-spectrum antibacterial spectrum against Escherichia coli, Pasteurella multocida, proteus, Klebsiella (including Klebsiella pneumoniae) β Hemolytic streptococcus, anaerobic bacteria and Staphylococcus have good antibacterial activity. Cefavicin is mainly used in veterinary clinic to treat skin, soft tissue and urethral infections in dogs and cats. This paper will review the action mechanism, pharmacokinetics, bioavailability, pharmacodynamics and clinical application of cefavicin, in order to provide reference for the clinical application of cefavicin in veterinary medicine.
