Hi All, Attached is the full open order report for all the projects. We have aligned the SAP schedule and we want you to update your delivery schedule to align with our production need date. Please read the details carefully before responding to the OOR. Past Dues (Highlighted orange)- Please confirm if you have shipped the parts and provide tracking information with the Qty dispatched against that line. Reschedule ins - Please acknowledge and align your system with the updated delivery date. If you cannot meet the requested, reschedule date, provide the best possible delivery date. Reschedule outs - Please acknowledge and align your system with the updated delivery date. If you cannot push the deliveries, update the comments with the reason for not rescheduling the deliveries. Deliveries without exception message- Please re-confirm the promised dates Kindly return the updates OOR no later than April 27,2021. The dates listed in the attached OOR are the Sacramento Dock dates. Due to the global sea-freight market, there is significant port congestions, delays, and container equipment shortages, we are experiencing longer than usual transit times. Please plan shipment pickups (If Siemens is responsible to manage freight) and the deliveries (If supplier is managing the freight) based on 12 weeks door-to-door shipping transit time. This is a temporary situation, and we will keep you posted with future updates.
