Under normal circumstances, the strong belt conveyor is interlocked and operated in the automatic state. Various protection functions of the belt conveyor are judged, processed and executed by PLC according to different signals input by each sensor. The belt conveyor adopts the strong steel rope core belt, uses the hydraulic coupling to adjust the speed, slow down the impact when starting and stopping, and realizes the mechanical overload protection. The belt conveyor adopts two sets of (2 × 355KW) driving devices. The 355KW motor is directly started by vacuum contactor. During the normal operation of the belt conveyor, there are: Coal stacking, anti deviation, low-speed slipping, smoke, stop at any position along the way, over temperature water spraying, longitudinal tearing, temperature, high-voltage power failure (overload, loss of pressure, overcurrent) protection functions; during the operation, the protection device can automatically set the fault signal of the sensor, perform the corresponding protection operation, and display the fault.
