Based on the above considerations,in this work,we put forward a coating named EGCG embedded sandwichedlayer-by-layer(S-LBL) coating to functionalize the electrospun polycaprolactone(PCL) vascular graft using polyethyleneimine(PEI) and anticoagulant heparin as the polyelectrolytes, along with the combination of EGCG and anti-inflammatory dexamethasone embedding(Scheme1).In this way,the content of EGCG could be regulated easily and introduced EGCG in the polyelectrolyte multilayers could also enrich the intermolecular interaction forces,such as weak crosslinking between EGCG and PEI,π-π stacking between aromatic phenols,and abundant hydrogen bonding force,which benefited the stability of coatings.
