According to the results of risk assessment, combined with the process of project management, this paper deals with the risk factors of o2o Omni channel e-commerce project in the start-up, planning, implementation and ending stages. According to the top five important risk factors in the risk assessment, specific risk response measures are proposed, including improving the performance efficiency to control the risk of distribution delay, and using the consumption experience risk to maximize the benefits In order to prevent the risk of commercial positioning, we should improve the quality control mechanism to avoid the risk of food safety, and improve the storage mode to control the risk of insufficient inventory. Through taking corresponding risk response measures in each stage of project management to avoid or reduce the probability of risk occurrence and loss, it provides strong decision support for the long-term stable operation of HEMA fresh. Through the study of this paper, the research results of project risk management are applied to the risk management case of HEMA mini, a new lightweight operation project of HEMA, and the rationality and feasibility of risk response measures are demonstrated by examples.<br>
