At room temperature, the catalytic oxidation activity of formaldehyde of Co-Nx/C, Co/C, NC and other samples was tested in a fixed bed reactor. Because the catalysts are formed by the decomposition of ZIF precursors at high temperature, they are carbon-based materials with large specific surface area, which can physically adsorb formaldehyde. Before exploring the reaction activity of the catalyst for formaldehyde oxidation, the formaldehyde reaction gas should be continuously introduced for a period of time.
