Company will accept up to Four Mill

Company will accept up to Four Million Dollars($4,000,000)in total investment for a maximum of Fifty Percent (50%)(i. e, $80,000 per 1%)of interest in profit participation in Net Receiptshe"Investor Pool"). The remaining Fifty Percent(50%)interest in profit participation of Net Receipts will be distributed to crew, talent and managers of the Film and Company(the Producer Pool"). Any unsold interest in the Investor Pool will remain under the ownership of Company and be distributed to Company as part of the Producer Pool(no remaining interest inthe Investor Pool that is distributed to the Producer Pool will be subject to the InvestorPremium).
