Heart sound signal can reflect the physiological and pathological information of all parts of the heart. It is of great significance to explore and understand the relationship between heart sounds and physiological and pathological conditions of various parts of the heart. Time frequency analysis has a high resolution for the unstable signal of heart sound. In this study, the time-frequency analysis method is used to extract the characteristics of heart sound signal. The main process of the theoretical conception is as follows: first, read the heart sound signal; secondly, use wavelet decomposition method to remove noise; thirdly, analyze the signal by short-time Fourier time-frequency transform; finally, carry out time-frequency analysis on heart sound signal Research on domain feature extraction. The results show that the normal first heart sound frequency ranges from 60 Hz to 80 Hz, and the duration is about 0.1 s.<br>
