This paper uses the method of comparative analysis to compare the data of operation ability, profitability, debt paying ability and development ability of Dongfeng Motor in 2016-2018, from which we can know the financial situation and operation results of the company. And compare it with BYD. In the data analysis, we found the problems in the operation process of Dongfeng Automobile, and analyzed the problems in detail.
