YYA has set up an optimized management regulation for outsourcing room which have been executed in this month.2. All the boxes have been changed to folded standard box, includes receiving components and sending materials out .3. 6S, Standardization (visual management) and color management will be continuing to improve and to achieve our own expectation.4. Update the improvement actions by bi- weekly report 5. Collaborate with YYJ to analyze and discuss how to establish the IT system, such as data connection/deck, standardization(tracking sheet)…etc
