Injector matching parts in long-term work, due to high pressure oil flushing, mechanical impurities, such as grinding and pressure spring seat combination, can make the injector needle valve and valve body by the wear, with the surface before that cause oil leakage and broken after the oil drip phenomenon, cause atomization, incomplete combustion, serious dramatic increase carbon smoke, carbon, etc. Therefore, the fuel injector must be maintained regularly.1. Remember the cylinder sequence of each injector when disassembling. Remove the injector from the cylinder head, perform a simple external cleaning, and then disassemble, inspect, and assemble one by one to prevent the same parts of different injectors from mixing with each other during assembly. The specific steps are: first, clamp the nozzle hole of the injector downward on the bench vise, remove the cap of the high-pressure pressure regulating screw, pressure regulating screw and spring, and clean them; Then fix the injector switch on the bench vice, loosen the coupling fastening screw sleeve, remove the injector coupling, and conduct inspection after necessary cleaning.2. Inspection is divided into visual inspection and sliding test. The matching surface of the needle valve and valve body shall not be cauterized or corroded, and the shaft needle of the needle valve shall not be deformed or other damaged. During the sliding test, the valve body must be tilted about 60°, and the needle valve must be pulled out about 1/3 of the way and then released. The needle valve should be able to slide smoothly by its own weight (see figure 5). Turn the needle valve and repeat the above operation. If the needle valve does not slide smoothly in any position, the needle valve pair should be replaced.
