Including the unstable psychological quality of aviation safety officers, lack of skills and experience, and lack of grasp of handling procedures. Therefore, combined with the analysis of these problems, some suggestions are put forward to strengthen psychological quality training, improve professional quality, and effectively master the handling procedures of cabin disturbance behavior.
