The quality inspection content of the grass-roots and bottom-level should include both the shape and quality after the completion of the project. The requirements for the form check should comply with the requirements of Appendix A. The quality of the technical indicators shall be in accordance with Appendix B.

For the quality inspection of base and sub base, it is better to evaluate the quality of pavement structure layer in 1km long road section; for the construction with large flow method, the section completed every day shall be taken as the evaluation unit. The original construction records shall be inspected and the inspection contents shall be preliminarily evaluated. The quality inspection of base and sub base shall include the appearance and quality after the completion of the project. The requirements of appearance inspection shall be in accordance with Appendix A. The quality of each technical index shall conform to the provisions of Appendix B.<br>
