Test objective is to submit a recommendation for the release process for the following I-Teams and components:I-Team• Operational strength• Integration of electrical systemsBody• Body in whiteBody• Closures• Doors• Interior/ExteriorChassis• Front axle• Rear axle• Steering system• Wheels / tires including spare wheel and mountig• Brake system• Engine and gearbox mountsElectric - Electronics• Safety electronicsTest target is to check the vehicle in terms of following criteria:• Deformation of the body and the wheel suspension according to arranged tolerances• Safety behavior of screwing according to arranged tolerances• Functional safety of passive safety systems• Maintenance of vehicle traction standby respectively manoeuvrability of vehicleVehicle specification takes place in cooperation with client under consideration of strength relevant factors (e.g.: version with highest axle load of the class; biggest wheel / tire combination; sports /comfort chassis suspension; configuration; etc.).• Scheduling of the proving grounds and workshops.• Scheduling of spare parts required for the test.• Organizing of vehicle assembling and tear down inspection.• Scheduling of the assembling and disassembling activities, workshop orders, etc.4.2 Test Vehicle Specification• The test relevant parts have to be new to exclude any preliminary damage of test components.• The functionality of the test relevant parts must not be affected by any kind of pre-use of the test vehicle. That means Function tests, NVH investigations, Electric/Electronic investigations e.g. are allowed, misuse tests are not allowed.
