In spite of the above agreement, Party A agrees that Party B will not need to resume the Zenith and other sound insulation board projects ("Insulation Panel Project") in offices 1, 2 and 11 in December 2020. After the completion of the project, Party A shall arrange for staff to complete the acceptance work on December 14, 2020. For the avoidance of doubt, these inspections are only carried out for whether the sound insulation board project meets the acceptance standards. Even if the sound insulation board project passes the acceptance, if Party B has any problems in using the office due to the sound insulation board project, or causes any damage to Party A or other third parties, including but not limited to causing air conditioning and exhaust problems in the office or related other offices, Party B shall repair it in time at its own expense. If any damage is caused to Party A or other third parties as a result, Party B shall also compensate Party A or other third parties at its own expense to prevent damage. Both parties agree that after the expiration or termination of the lease contract signed by both parties, Party B does not need to undertake the restoration work of the sound insulation board project or pay any restoration costs to Party A.

Despite the above-mentioned agreement, Party A agrees that Party B will not need to resume the soundproofing board works ("soundproofing board works") in office Nos. 1, 2 and 11 in December 2020. After the completion of the project, Party A shall arrange for the staff to complete the acceptance work by December 14, 2020. In order to avoid doubt, such acceptance is only carried out for whether the soundproofing board works meet the acceptance criteria. Even if the soundproofing board project passes the acceptance, but if any problems occur in the use of the office by Party B as a result of the soundproofing board project, or cause any damage to Party A or other third parties, including but not limited to causing air conditioning and exhaust problems in the office or related offices, Party B shall repair it at its own expense, and if any party A or other third party damage is caused, Party B shall compensate Party A or other third parties for damages at its own expense to protect it from damage. The parties agree that after the expiration or termination of the lease contract signed by the two parties, Party B shall not be liable for the restoration of the soundproofing board works or pay any restoration costs to Party A.

In spite of the above agreement, Party A agrees that Party B does not need to restore the ceiling and other sound insulation board works in office No.1, No.2 and No.11 in December 2020. After the completion of the project, Party A shall arrange the staff to complete the acceptance work on December 14, 2020. For the avoidance of doubt, such acceptance is only conducted for the compliance of the sound insulation board works with the acceptance standards. Even if the sound insulation board project passes the acceptance, if Party B has any problems in using the office due to the sound insulation board project, or causes any damage to Party A or other third party, including but not limited to the air conditioning and exhaust problems of the office or other relevant offices, Party B shall repair it at its own expense in time. If any damage is caused to Party A or other third party, Party B shall, at its own expense, make timely repair, Party B shall compensate the third party at its own expense. Both parties agree that after the expiration or termination of the lease contract signed by both parties, Party B is not required to undertake the restoration work of sound insulation board project or pay any restoration cost to Party A.
