The system mainly includes: ①power supply, which provides electrical energy for the sorting system; ②mechanical devices, responsible for object feeding , Transmission, sorting, storage, etc.; ③ electrical equipment, responsible for motor speed regulation, object size judgment, motor forward and reverse control, etc.; ④ software, responsible for PLC program compilation, HMI implementation, etc. In the picture, two pairs of through-beam photoelectric sensors are used. In actual applications, the position can be adjusted, the number can be increased or replaced with light curtain sensors; the actuator of the sorting motor adopts elastic blades to sort fruits, and its execution structure can be modified in actual applications. For example, the motor drives the movable guide rail to rotate horizontally to guide the duck eggs to flow into the corresponding storage box. <br>The working process of the sorting system is as follows: <br>1) Turn on the power supply, and adjust the speed of the feeding motor and conveyor motor according to the nature of the sorted fruit and the sorting capacity of the machine; <br>2) Load the material to be sorted in the feeding bucket For spherical fruits, the fruits slide into the feeding platform; the feeding motor drives the rectangular blades to push the duck eggs into the conveyor belt; the fruits are driven by the conveyor belt, sequentially pass the photoelectric sensor, the sorting slide, and finally enter the corresponding storage box; <br>3) When only the low-position through-beam photoelectric sensor is triggered, it is judged as a small duck egg, and the sorting motor rotates clockwise; when both high and low-position through-beam sensors are triggered, it is judged as a big duck egg, and the sorting motor rotates counterclockwise. When the diffuse reflection photoelectric sensor is triggered, the corresponding digital tube count is increased by 1, the sorting motor stops, and it waits for the next sorting command.
