The effective handling of passenger abnormal behavior by cabin crew is of great significance for maintaining cabin order and protecting the safety of all cabin members.<br>In the current cabin crew service process, there are still certain deficiencies in the handling of passenger abnormal behavior, especially in the inaccurate identification of passenger abnormal behavior by cabin crew, lack of collaboration between crew teams, and poor effectiveness in handling passenger abnormal behavior. From a comprehensive perspective, the main reasons for these problems are due to insufficient understanding of passenger abnormal behavior risk identification by cabin crew, weak safety risk awareness, and low professional skills in handling passenger abnormal behavior. In response to the above issues, the article focuses on optimizing the countermeasures for cabin crew members to handle passenger abnormal behavior.
