Inner Mongolia Dengkou Jinniu Coal Power Co., Ltd. is the most mature and stable desulfurization process in the world. The flue gas desulfurization method adopts limestone gypsum wet desulfurization process and the configuration scheme of one furnace and one tower. Since the desulfurization system was put into operation, the operation and maintenance cost is low, and the reliability is high. Most of the domestic coal-fired units adopt the wet desulfurization process. However, the prominent problem is that the scale on the dry wet interface is serious in a short period of time, which can not be removed during operation. The long-term operation will cause the outlet resistance of the induced draft fan to increase, the energy consumption will increase, and the induced draft fan will frequently stall, the load capacity will decrease and the operation will remain In case of great potential safety hazard. This paper analyzes the scaling mechanism and harm of the dry wet interface, and describes the relevant technical improvement measures in detail. Through the technical transformation, the scaling problem can be solved better, and the advantages of reducing investment cost and operation and maintenance cost are also provided.<br>
