These algorithms require high quality of the image, the edge of the cup and plate is not clear enough, the contrast is low or there is disease in the optic disc, the edge of the optic disc is not accurate enough, there is a big error. The orientation and segmentation of optic disk is the precondition of Optic Cup recognition. On the basis of locating and segmenting the optic disc of the fundus image, the segmentation algorithm of the Optic Cup is deeply studied and analyzed in this paper.
