The basic study of multi-directione forging was carried out, and the results showed that the grain sizes after 3, 6, 9 and 12 deformations were 44 m, 2.8 m, 2.2 m and 1.49 m, respectively, at the starting forging temperature of 500 degrees C. After the layer flaky LPSO structure is analyzed, twisting occurs in the subsequent deformation process, and the block LPSO structure phase is gradually broken up in the forging process. With the increase of deformation, the maximum fabric density of the alloy gradually weakens, and the large weakening of the fabric is due to the joint effect of multi-directional forging rotational force axis and dynamic desection phase. The anti-pull strength, yield strength and elongation rate of the alloy increase with the increase of deformation channel, and in the first 6 deformations, the increase of performance is larger, and then the increase slows down.<br>Combined with the actual production situation, the test and application verification of multi-way forging of ingots were carried out, and the surface quality of blanks after 6 multi-way forging was found to be good. Forgings prepared with 6 multi-directional forging blanks were treated with 200C/28h lattices, and the anti-pull strength, yield strength and post-break elongation rate reached 478MPa, 387MPa and 7.0%, respectively.
