现在我已经连续听了一个月的听力，做到了能基本定位句子，单词也大部分都能听出来了，但是虚词和连读还是很多错误。我认为以我现在这个听力水平，离我目标的专四听力分数，还有很大的进步空间。我练习了一个月听力，最好的成绩也只有五分。我在听力部分时，起初很难集中注意力，跟不上录音的速度。虽然我经过一个月的练习有所进步，但现在做听力我很大的问题仍是这两个。

I have been listening continuously for a month now and have been able to locate sentences and most of the words can be heard. However, there are still many errors in function words and linking. I believe that with my current listening level, there is still a lot of room for improvement from my target fourth year listening score. I have been practicing listening for a month, and my best score is only five points. When I was in the listening section, it was initially difficult for me to concentrate and keep up with the speed of the recording. Although I have made progress after a month of practice, these two are still my biggest problems when it comes to listening.
