5. PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY5.1. Packaging5.1.1. Before packaging, verify that all components and assemblies are completely dry. All packaging shall be performed in a Class 1000 or better cleanroom.5.1.2. All components and assemblies shall be individually packaged immediately after the completion of all processes and inspection in the cleanroom. No components or assemblies shall be left unattended without packaging.5.1.3. Unless otherwise specified, all components/assemblies shall be packaged and protected from damages during shipment and storage in accordance with Applied Materials Specification 0251-05100.5.2. Identification5.2.1. Component identification shall be performed in accordance with Applied Materials Specification 0250-01033 unless otherwise specified.5.2.2. Component package identification shall be performed in accordance with Applied Materials Specification 0250-60124 unless otherwise specified.5.3. Certification5.3.1. Anodization of components shall be certified by the special process supplier. For First Article and Production Lots, certification shall be completed per the guidelines established in Applied Materials Specification 0250-36352. However, the inspection and test requirements for the certification shall be based on Inspection and Testing Criteria for First Article and Production Lots listed in Table II in this document.
