Bagging cleanliness shall match part cleanliness (i.e. class 100 part needs a class 100 bag, etc.)o All products must be double bagged. Exceptions must be approved. Some parts such as bulk hardware may be single bagged due to lower clean room standards. Check with CBM or Supplier Engineering for specific part cleanliness requirements.o ESD sensitive parts such as PCBs must be packaged in ESD bags as primary bag.o Bubble wrap should not be in direct contact with the clean part. If bubble wrap is required, it should be outside the double bagged part.2. If bubble wrap is required for interplant handling, YIELD label must be put on the bubble wrap.o Clean room wipes may be used on the product before bagging under special circumstances where the poly bag may produce quality issues such as plastic debris and abrasion.
