Rhythmic activity refers to the artistic expression of children's body swinging with music. It can not only cultivate children's imagination, creativity and sense of rhythm, but also cultivate children's body coordination ability. In the process of practice, the development of rhythmic activities has been paid more and more attention by kindergarten educators, but it also faces many problems. In the current research, only the research on the action selection in the rhythmic activities in the middle class of kindergarten is less, so we should strengthen the research in this aspect.<br>The content of this paper is mainly through observation, interview and literature method to study the action selection in the middle class rhythmic activities of a kindergarten in Xi'an. Taking the middle class teachers and children in the kindergarten as the research object, the main content of the research is the current situation of action selection in the middle class rhythmic activities of the kindergarten. The survey results show that there are a series of problems in the aspects of teachers' teaching methods, children's participation, teachers' concept, teachers' grasp of children's age characteristics, etc., and analyze the reasons for the problems, and put forward a series of suggestions from the kindergarten and teachers.<br>
