1、需采购部在开发B点供应商时应先核对图纸版本是否为最新；并确认图纸中

1, the purchasing department should be required to develop point B supplier to check whether the latest version of the drawing; and confirm whether marked with drawings of parts critical dimensions; whether parts can be detected and determined based on qualified dimensioned on the print; <br>2, portions need to purchase standard self-test sound supplier factory; <br>3, for the color components need to purchase portion required to check whether the drawings should be consistent with the swatches and swatches receiving sheet; <br>4, the tolerance range for the labeled drawings, drawings marked purchasing department to verify whether it is reasonable tolerances should be receiving the drawings, organizations and suppliers of parts and components matched tolerance limit matching experiments.

1、需采购部在开发B点供应商时应先核对图纸版本是否为最新；并确认图纸中是否标注有零部件的关键尺寸；是否可以根据图纸标注的尺寸对零部件进行检测及合格判定；<br>2、需采购部完善供应商出厂自检标准；<br>3、针对有颜色要求的零部件需采购部在接收图纸和色板时应核对图纸要求与色板是否一致；<br>4、针对标有公差范围的图纸，采购部在接收图纸时应验证图纸标注公差尺寸是否合理，并组织供应商对相互匹配的零部件进行极限公差匹配实验。

When developing point B suppliers, the purchasing department shall first check whether the drawing version is up-to-date, and confirm whether the key dimensions of parts are marked on the drawings, and whether the parts can be tested and qualified according to the dimensions marked on the drawings;<br>2. The purchasing department is required to improve the self inspection standard of suppliers;<br>3. For parts with color requirements, the purchasing department shall check whether the drawing requirements are consistent with the color plate when receiving the drawings and color plates;<br>4. For drawings marked with tolerance range, the purchasing department shall verify whether the tolerance dimension marked on the drawings is reasonable when receiving the drawings, and organize the supplier to carry out limit tolerance matching test on the matched parts.<br>
