Due to the volume and importance of that information, we knew it was time to update our Knowledgebase platform. In the coming days our Knowledgebase platform will transition to a new more advanced platform that will improve your ability to access our knowledge through:Natural language searchesSuggesting answers as you enter your search textBetter categorization and organization of knowledge through Collections and CategoriesPost search filteringLiterature Library references returned in search resultsMachine learning indexing and search optimizationIt’s the same URL and same log in process, but with an improved experience.Starting with the update to the new platform, we will no longer be sending out weekly notification emails that list recently updated Tech Notes based on your subscription choices. We understand this is a valuable feature for many users and we will be exploring options to bring this functionality back to our platform. In the meantime, we will migrate your current list of individually subscribed knowledgebase answers to the Favorite Answer section of your account overview page which will be available after the update.This migration should occur within one business day after you first login to the account overview page on the new platform.Thank you for your help in ensuring a smooth update!
