2.4 Technical service requirements: When equipment malfunctions and other abnormal phenomena occur, the equipment needs to be repaired within 24 hours and provide solutions to Party A (including the time of failure, problem points and treatment methods) and resolve the equipment failure as soon as possible. If the equipment failure cannot be resolved, the "Technical Failure Cause Letter" provided by Party A needs to be filled out. Therefore, the additional processing costs incurred by the failure shall be borne by both parties.

2.4 Technical service requirements: in the case of equipment failure and other anomalies, the equipment should be repaired within 24 hours and to provide a solution to Party A (including the failure time, problem point and treatment method) and as soon as possible to resolve the equipment failure problem. If the equipment failure is not resolved, it is necessary to fill in the "technical fault case book provided by Party A", so the additional processing costs arising from the failure shall be jointly borne by both A and B.
