This paper analyzes the current performance evaluation system of N bank, points out the existing problems, and constructs the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system of N bank based on its own actual operating conditions and characteristics. Considering the importance of financial indicators for the development of banks, in the traditional balanced scorecard financial dimensions, expand the financial indicators, highlight the importance of financial dimensions. In addition, due to the particularity of the banking industry, adding the dimension of risk control and innovation, the evaluation factors are more comprehensive and rich than before, which is conducive to promoting the progress of the bank in risk control and innovation, so that managers can improve the operation quality. In the process of construction, after using AHP to confirm the index weight, the performance evaluation results of balanced scorecard system application are obtained through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the paper puts forward measures and suggestions for the implementation of Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system in n bank.<br>
