1. Number '8' is not easily identifiable comparing to customers sample were font size is larger and can be easily read, please refer to photo 1 to 4 in photo tab. 2. The cylinder have a slight taper causing this dimension to be inconsistent in reading. As it reaches its peak readings appears to be smaller in diameter than reading taken at the base. It is possible the small taper is required to help remove parts from mould's during casting process, also customer sample shows appearance of the same. Internally this is the same with the reading taken around the bush is in spec but the further you go away from the bush the cylinder tapers out and measures out of spec. As per product spec sheet 1° Draft is allowed, however it does not specify on any of the docs which reading have to be recorded for dimension 8 i.e. lowest or highest. GL to advise.3. Wrong spec bearing insert used. ID of the insert should be 8mm, but received 7mm.4. New samples with correct brass bush received on 24/07/2020, please refer to dimensions of bush on sheet 2.
