Below I’ve detailed the instances that led up to this issue with the hope of it providing clarity to you. Attachment 1. This is the pre advice received from metro detailing each container on this shipment – the highlighted line is the container in question. From this we can see that the initial notification to us was incorrect.Attachment 2. This is the packing list provided alongside the ASN from metro. From this you can see the supplier has provided a total number of parts across 10 containers with no detail as to what is in each. So the first issue to raise is that all supplied documentation was incorrect and all containers in this shipment were impacted.On arrival of the containers to site, Uniserve had to Devan and at this point it was clear there was an issue across the entire shipment as all containers where incorrect compared to Attachment 1.Uniserve worked to resolve this issue by devanning all containers and editing the ASN’s to what actually arrived in each container. During this process several MDR forms where generated and issued alongside GRN’s.
