The earth is the most basic material space for human existence. It is a complex spatiotemporal change system composed of atmosphere, hydrosphere, biosphere and lithosphere. Geo-spatial information science (GEO-geomatis) is based on global positioning system, Gis, RS and other spatial information technologies. It is supported by computing, computer and communication technology, which is a comprehensive and comprehensive information science and technology for the collection, measurement, analysis, storage, management, display, dissemination and application of data related to the earth and its spatial distribution. With the development of space positioning technology, aerospace remote sensing, geographic information system and Internet, the integrated technology system of earth and space information has been gradually formed. In the past 20 to 30 years, the comprehensive application of these modern space information technologies enables people to quickly, timely and continuously obtain a large number of geometric and physical information about the earth's surface and its environment, thus forming the earth and space data, data flow and information flow contribute to the emergence of "geospatial information science". Geospatial information science not only contains the whole content of modern surveying and mapping science, but also embodies the cross and penetration of multi-disciplines, with special emphasis on the application of computer technology. Because the earth's multi-dimensional space information reflects the nonlinear characteristics of the earth's complex giant system and the natural and social phenomena on earth, the GEOMATC system is obviously different from the linear system studied by general computational science. It is increasingly difficult internationally and basically the same starting stage
