At present, with the rapid development of the global civil aviation transportation industry and the increasing frequency of international exchanges, the role of foreign languages ​​in the civil aviation transportation service system has become increasingly prominent. Due to the international characteristics of flight attendant positions, flight attendants, as the main civil aviation service staff, master certain foreign language skills for flight attendants, which play a vital role in realizing their own career development and improving the airline's service image. <br>In view of this, this paper mainly explores the importance of foreign language proficiency of flight attendants to improve the quality of cabin service, and focuses on the analysis of the insufficiency of foreign language proficiency of flight attendants, which is mainly manifested in the weak English foundation of flight attendants, the fear of communicating with foreign passengers, and the fact that flight attendants are afraid of communicating with foreign passengers.
