Today's seismic reinforcement technology mainly includes: base isolation and energy dissipation. A device is added at the contact part between the underground foundation and the above ground structure to block the upward transmission of earthquake. This technology is called base isolation. This technology can reduce the impact of earthquake on the structure by blocking the transmission of vibration energy from the earthquake to the upper main body. In the past, the method of seismic fortification is to dissipate the seismic response by the ductility of the structure itself, even if the structure encounters strong earthquake, its main structure will suffer some damage. Energy dissipation and damping technology is developed in this context. Adding various dampers to the structure can dissipate most of the energy transmitted to the upper structure by earthquake, so that the main structure is not damaged. The specific content will not be described in this paper.<br>
