The tests referred to in this paragraph are intended to verify the "capability" of reactive power of storage system to vary the active power, to ensure compliance of the minimum construction requirements as specified in 8.4.4.2.a)for all EESS in installation with total power (not) exceeding 11.08 kWinstantaneous power factor between cos φ= 0.95 in reactive absorption (inductive behaviour) and reactive supply (capacitive behaviour).b)For all inverter in plants with total power exceeding 11.08 kW.an instantaneous power factor between cos φ = 0.90 in consumption of reactive (inductive behavior) and cos φ = 0.90 in the reactive supply (capacitive behavior), according to the capability curve "triangular" shown in example of Fig. 3Ba (valid for a storage system with bidirectional inverter). In this case, the reagent exchange is aimed at limiting the overvoltage or undervoltage caused by their active power entry / levy;Consumption or supply of reactive power up to 48.43% of the nominal active power, for any instantaneous value of the active power supplied, according to the “rectangular” capability curve shown in the example of figure 3Ba, aimed at the provision of network service requested by the Distributor, subjected to the regulatory conditions by the AEEGSI.For the purposes of this test (minimum requirements), the manufacturer shall indicate and set the regulation of maximum reactive power available when the active power output changes, with the aim of allowing the characterization of the maximum capability of the storage system (since devices of smaller size could also be used on systems with total power larger than 11.08 kW).
