Party B undertakes to complete the inventions and creations related to the work undertaken by Party B in Party A or other delivery tasks other than their own work, or related to the business of Party A and/or Party A's affiliated companies within two years from the date of Party B's resignation from Party A's unit. The intellectual property rights of any intellectual labor results such as works, etc. shall be owned by Party A.

Party B promises that within two years from the date of Party B's resignation from Party A, the intellectual property rights of any intellectual labor achievements such as inventions, creations and works completed by Party B in connection with his own work or other delivery tasks other than his own work undertaken by Party B in Party A or related business of Party A and / or Party A's affiliated companies shall belong to Party A.

Party B promises that, within two years from the date when Party B leaves the company of Party A, the intellectual property rights of any intellectual labor achievements such as his own job or other delivery tasks undertaken by Party B in Party A or inventions, works and other related businesses of Party A and/or its affiliated companies shall belong to Party A.
