Appropriate animal disease model is an important prerequisite for pharmacological experimental research. Consulting the literature, it is found that the current methods used to establish bone marrow suppression model mainly include blood loss model, radiation injury model, chemical injury model and immune-mediated animal model. Among them, radiation and chemical injury models are widely used. Acetylphenylhydrazine is a commonly used drug in the establishment of chemical injury model. Compared with other methods, its effect is more specific, which can slowly reduce the number of peripheral blood red blood cells and cause pathological compensatory increase in the number of reticulocytes and white blood cells.
