Bonus payments for newly hired employees will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis to correspond with the number of full calendar months worked during the plan year. An employee will receive credit for the full month if he/she joins the Company on or before the 16th of that month and no credit for the full month if he/she joins after the 16th of that month. To be considered for an award, a newly hired employee must join the Company on or before November 16th of the plan year
